Beef Noodle Soup
Very filling soup.
Ingredients
- 1 .lbs Ground Beef
- .5 C. Diced Onion
- 2 Cans Italian stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz. ea.)
- 2 Cans Beef broth (10 1/2 oz. ea.)
- 1 Can Mixed Vegetables, drained (16 oz.)
- 1 tsp. Dried oregano
- 1 tsp. Salt
- .5 tsp. Pepper
- 1 C. Uncooked medium egg noodles
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are done. Serves 6-8 (2 quarts)
